Poor Customer Service

I am unable to reach anyone. The phone number directs you to text rather than talk to someone, the text is not answered, when google searching to log into my account, I get an error message. My order was altered, and I wasnt able to change it for the following week. Seriously, whats going on?

Help with app

They took my payment account information before I could pick my meals. I wasnt even sure if I wanted to do business with them but they surely took my credit card information before I even picked any meals. I needed help and the chat was no help at all.. besides you have to pay $ to chat. I canceled everything. I need a company that I can speak to on the phone.They do not have phone CS.. imagine if I had a delivery or $ problems. Theres no one to call. I will stay with my present meal program.. excellent customer service

Change box on the arriving on January 17

You shouldnt have to order food and it come two weeks later and number two theres no way to get in touch with the human being. You just have free set referred to emails I dont like that so I change companies.

I am very disappointed that I was not given an opportunity to change my credit card after it had been breached before you canceled my order for next week. As soon as I discovered that my order was being cancelled I updated my card. This was less than 24 hours after the deadline. I have been a loyal customer who never misses an opportunity to praise your product.

No progress, received 2nd shipment, that I didn't want, but will be asked to pay for!

I am upset that one cannot cancel after their first order. You will automatically receive a second order, and be asked to pay for it. There is plenty of time for the order to be canceled, but they won't hear of it. Beware. As a new company, they need to honor a customer's decision to cancel without further billing and obligation.

It is wrong to force customers to accept a shipment of food, and pay for it, when it is 7 days before the next shipment. This is not the way to encourage people to try your product because customer beware, you will be buying 2 shipments of food, not just one. Be careful, the food is expensive. But there are no exceptions.

Lasership is awful!!

I ordered from purple carrot, to be delivered on Tuesday. Tracking showed that package was left at door Tuesday evening, it was not. It got delivered Wednesday evening instead. Next week I ordered from purple carrot, to be delivered on Tuesday. Tracking showed that package was left at door Tuesday evening, it was not. I never got the package. Purple carrot ended up reimbursing me for both weeks then I closed my account with them. They had been using fed ex and there was never any of these issues. I don't know why they switched, I hope they switch back so I can start ordering again!!
